BOYS 92 & 94 Training Teams Evaluation Camp
will take place on April 10th, 2010 at Episcopal Academy
12:30 -3:30 training

2010 ODP East Regional Championships
Boy's Championship will be held in Kearns, Utah.
Girl's Championship will be held in Boca Raton, Florida.
Friday, May 28th will be a travel day. Teams can depart after 7 or 8pm on Sunday, May 30th.

Phase 3 ODP Tryouts
Tryouts for 1996 and 1997 & U athletes should be held this spring. Dates TBD.
Training will start in the fall.

Northeast Zone Water Polo

The Northeast Zone Water Polo is part of USA Water Polo organization (one of the 11 zones of USA WP) and is comprised of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
The membership is free. To become a member please click on the Registration/Login tab on the top of this page. You can register yourself (adult/coach/referee registration), your kids (minor's registration) or sign up for email only. All registered NEZ members are automatically added to the email distribution list, which enables them to receive announcements about the upcoming NEZ events. In case you have problem with the registration or simply want to ask any questions - please Contact Us. We will get back to you promptly. Please remember to update your profile each time your email or other information changes.

USA Water Polo 2010 Annual Awards Announced

Bill Barnett Distinguished Men’s Coaching Award (Scholastic)

Those that have the pleasure of Rudy’s company poolside are constantly reminded of his immense stature as coach and leader. He is well known for his congeniality and positivity. His passion and determination have driven the enormous growth of a thriving high school water polo community in Pennsylvania. But perhaps he is best known for his approach to the game and to life. Rudy’s name is synonymous with the very best kind of sportsmanship, where a passion for winning is always accompanied by respect for the rules, the players, the officials and the greater water polo community.

The rotation of the Junior Olympic and Speedo Cup Qualifier Tournaments in the NEZ:

JO Qualifier	Southern Region	Central Region	Northern Region
Speedo Cup Qualifer	Northern Region	Southern Region	Central Region

The Regional Directors of the NEZ are responsible for choosing the venue of these qualifier tournaments and reporting back to the Executive Board with the details for each by a certain date.

All Northeast Zone Water Polo members are required to maintain
USA Water Polo membership.

There are athlete, coach, referee, and associate memberships available. Memberships must be renewed prior to December 31 of each year. Athletes must affiliate themselves with a USA Water Polo Club when they register/renew their USA Water Polo membership. If an athlete wishes to participate in USA Water Polo Zone Championship and National Championship, they must be Gold level members.

• USAWP Men's National Team Tryout Process

• USA Water Polo announced the relocation of the 2010 Masters National Championships, presented by S & R Sport (MNC), to San Diego (California) on June 10-12, 2010. Atlanta, awarded the 2010 MNC earlier this year, agreed to host the 2011 event.
